Olivia Beach’s introduction to the court reporting industry began at a young age, often sitting beside her mother, Shauna Beach, while she meticulously proofread transcripts late into the evening. This early exposure laid the foundation for Olivia’s attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Olivia began her professional journey at Shauna Beach Company in the collections department, where she was remarkably effective—earning a reputation for resolving outstanding accounts with both professionalism and persistence. Her success in this role sparked an interest in finance, and she plans to continue her education in accounting to further support the company’s operations.

As Production Manager, Olivia oversees the end-to-end transcript production process and plays a central role in the company’s daily operations. Her organizational skills, reliability, and commitment to quality ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys nature photography, long walks, and creating art. She shares her home with Pebbles, a gray rescue cat who, at 13 years old, continues to rule the household.
